A production company that produces state-of-the-art legal training videos for BigLaw associates seeks a remote mid to senior-level M&A attorney to develop courses on M&A. 15 to 25 hours per week for 6 to 12 months. Varied work, including developing the courses and writing the scripts for the professionally-produced videos, which involve SAG actors, not legal talking heads.
Six figure compensation likely paid monthly.
