A collaboration with POC zine project, Volume 7 will be released in print and digitally in November 2023. This edition will compliment Translash Media's Artistic Legacies DOC series honoring Black Trans Femmes in The Arts collective (BTFA)
Deadline to pitch: September 30, 2023.
Deadline to submit final deliverables: October 10, 2023.
Submit your content pitches for TransLash Zine Vol. 7: #BlackTransArtisticLegacies. This issue will feature art, writing, and photography from BTFA collective members AND any Black trans femme identified people worldwide. The content focus is "ARTS AS RESISTANCE": any writing (poetry, fiction, nonfiction, etc.), art, and photography that fits this theme is welcome. All submissions and commissioned work will be compensated. Everyone who completes this pitch form will receive a response with a decision by October 6, 2023.
