A detailed description of project is available but needs to be formatted and detailed according to agency demands. We have no experience in preparing grant applications. You must have the knowledge, experience or skill to contact agency and ask for details and clarifications. This will be an ongoing process. The Fed Agencies seem to be asking for the project we will be submitting to them, but they may not recognize it, You may need patience to explain to us what we need to do to provide or obtain supporting information. We have no idea how much time this will take. This is a trial and error process, but you probably already know that.
