Pitches wanted (loneliness, work) | $350 per article

Jack Sommers, Editor at Business Insider, is looking for pitches:
One of our big topics right now is loneliness and I'd love to hear from freelancers who have stories to tell about how remote work/returning to the office intersects with loneliness.
This could be a personal essay with a particularly compelling take on social contact and work, and what you've learned from working full-time in an office versus working mostly or fully remotely. It could also be an interview with a source with a take on that.
But to be clear, this would be a first-person, personal take—research on trends and startups working in this area not relevant.
If you can’t pitch it in 100 words, you’re not pitching it properly! Please don’t pitch an essay by writing a different essay. A pitch is NOT about showcasing your writing, it’s about telling me what your piece would be about.
Rate: This would be for $350.
