Anna Sulan Masing, Founder of SOURCE, is looking for pitches:

We launch into GOURD season at Sourced! And, we’re commissioning!

Gourds: We will accept pitches from Nov ‘23- first week of Jan’24. We would love to see pitches that reflect the mythology and mysticism of gourds, gourd-specific culinary traditions and the use of gourds in popular culture. From Cinderella's pumpkin to fertility rites in China, gourds have a rich history in mythology, as well as interesting migration routes, and are key to national dishes globally. We want stories ranging from thoughts on pumpkin spice vibes, traditional gourds used to serve food and drink, gourd nostalgia and gourds in traditional cuisine.

Currently our rate is £100.
