Joshua Howgego, Deputy Head of Features at New Scientist, is looking for pitches:
I have been off on a sabbatical for two months. But I'm back – and I have some personal news. I'm taking on the role of deputy head of features at New Scientist. It means I’ll be working with Daniel Cossins and Helen Thomson to help run the section. I’m very excited to be back and get stuck in! Also: send me your science feature pitches.
CONFIDENTIAL NOTE: Reports indicate that this opportunity will pay from £1,200 for a routine feature. It is recommended that you discuss the rate(s) with the editor upon the acceptance of your pitch.
