Gabe Carey, Founder of Acceleramota, is looking for writers:

Do you obsessively keep up with the latest automotive trends? Does the shift to EVs intrigue you despite your reservations? Is your For You page on TikTok an endless series of modified car close-ups set to slowed-down electronic music?

We might want to hear from you! Acceleramota LLC is once again looking for freelance writers who can regularly pitch articles and accept assignments based on topics people are actively searching for.

HERE'S WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED FROM YOU:

1. Complete assignments from our editors, mainly consisting of buying guides, "everything we know" articles, listicles, and meaningful updates to our existing content.

2. Pitch at least one story a week, strategically formulated to drive traffic. We encourage creativity, but if no one sees your story, there's no benefit. We can provide training on SEO, and social media strategy if applicable.

3. Closely follow our style guidelines and take the time needed to hand in a carefully polished story.

BONUS POINTS IF:

1. Your schedule allows you the flexibility to cover news as needed.

2. You have experience driving many cars with a variety of powertrains.

3. You're interested in cars (and sometimes accessories) that aren't for you.

4. You're well-versed and well-read, and it shows.

5. You have a unique personality with a strong sense of humor that shines through in your work.

Our rates vary based on several factors including experience, quality of work, scope of assignments, and word count. But generally, quick news hits and updated posts *start* at $40 while features *begin* at $150-$200.
