Rosemary Donahue, Health and Parenting Editor at The Insider, is looking for pitches:

I am looking for essay pitches from freelancers for the health and parenting section of Insider for the following topics: single parenting, break-ups (friendship or romantic), dating after divorce or dating over 50, longevity, and meeting your partner in an interesting way.

I'm also open to pitches about topics not on this list if you have an interesting story to tell that fits into health and parenting, or is about sex and relationships. Looking for pieces between 600-800 words for about $225-250. Open to new or experienced writers of all demographics and from all locations.

Please email me at rdonahue@insider.com with links to samples (if possible), but it's okay if you don't have published clips. Please email with subject line: "PITCH: [Proposed headline/topic]" and your pitch in the body of the email.
