JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contract Type: W2 Only
• Duration: 8+ months (Possible extension)
• Location: 100% Remote
• Pay Range: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour on W2.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and write knowledge base articles, with a focus on Travel and Expense and procurement/sourcing processes.
• Transform existing content, including quick reference guides, into ServiceNow knowledge base articles for seamless accessibility.
• Collaborate with process owners to understand and articulate complex processes clearly and concisely for internal use.
• Develop visually engaging content for the intranet, encompassing quick reference guides, slide decks, and instructional materials.
• Execute content governance and strategy, refreshing and rebranding materials as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven content creation and copywriting experience, and Experience or familiarity with procure-to-pay processes.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google products, and collaboration tools, with a bonus for experience in Slack.
• Ability to distill complex processes into clear, concise content for various audiences.
• Proficiency in transforming content into different formats, including ServiceNow knowledge base articles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
