Remote Executive Speech Writer wanted | $80 to $90 per hour

COMPANY/PUBLICATION: STAGE 4 SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a Sr. Executive Speech Writer a global B2B high tech company. The role involves working directly with multiple VP/SVP/C-Suite executives, crafting storylines and developing speeches for Industry Events, Industry Analyst presentations, Media events and internal events. Work will include writing executive communication content (speeches, presentations) and working with other members of the internal marketing team. The ideal candidate enjoys crafting stories and translating technology big picture concepts into crisp thoughts and messages.

This is a 40 hour/week role, 5 month contract (extensions very likely). Remote in the US.

This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee. Health benefits and 401K offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop storylines and messaging for executives, in alignment with company-level messaging/positioning
• Produce internal and external communications for executives’ speeches and presentations.
• Work with internal executive communications team, graphics and events teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience in an executive communications role, writing and managing programs for senior-level executives, at large, complex, global B2B High Tech companies.
• Experience working at a publicly traded company preferred
• Experience working directly with senior executives
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to turn complex ideas into stories and visual concepts. A storyteller at heart.
• Mastery of modern communications processes and tools, including videos, podcasts, etc.
• Bachelors degree
