Remote Copywriter wanted for pet ecommerce business | $50 to $100 per hour

SCHEDULE REQUIRED:

• Monday to Friday with hours ranging between 8am-5pm EST.
• Part Time Contractor

Pay Range: $55-100/hour based on experience

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Copywriter for our leading ecommerce business specializing in pet medications, pet food and pet health supplies, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and persuasive copy across various channels. From email campaigns and direct mail to paid media ads, site advertisements, and package inserts, your words will resonate with our audience and drive engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty.

Must have previous ecommerce copywriter experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Email campaigns: Create attention-grabbing subject lines, compelling body copy, and persuasive calls-to-action to drive customer interaction and conversion.
• Direct Mail: Craft targeted and personalized direct mail copy to capture the attention of pet owners and highlight the value of our products and promotions.
• Paid Media Ads: Tailor messages to specific platforms and demographics, maximizing the reach and impact of our advertising efforts.
• Site Advertisements: Develop clear and concise copy for site banners, pop-ups, and other promotional elements to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Package Inserts: Create informative and persuasive copy for package inserts, providing customers with valuable information about our products and encouraging repeat business.
• Maintain and enhance the consistency of our brand voice across all written materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to align copy with overall brand strategy.
• Use insights to continually optimize and innovate our copywriting strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
