Digital Real Estate Copywriter

• Location: Remote / Contract
• Timeframe: 20 hours ASAP (possible ongoing need)
• W-2 Hourly: $54 (rate shall be adjusted for 1099)

SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a contract Copywriter who can write integrated digital copy. The first project entails crafting Social Media Ad copy for a real estate company. A candidate who can create engaging copy to drive consumer interest and create a vibe on social media. This is a contract /as-needed opportunity. If the fit is right, there may be additional opportunities to refresh a website, among other digital requests.

GOTTA HAVE

• Must have a BA in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience as a copywriter
• Samples or a portfolio of social media, website, and advertising copy
• A natural flair for creativity and the ability to create engaging content
• Ability to develop and maintain the brand voice and tone
• Impeccable grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Edits and proofreads all copy before it goes live
• Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player collaborates with coworkers to create the tone and carry it through multiple channels
• Knows how to use popular digital marketing tools, including content management software, search engine optimization software, and website analytics software
