Kelsey Atherton, Chief Editor for International Policy Journal, is looking for pitches:
I'm soliciting pitches for the new International Policy Journal until 12/8. For the launch, I'm seeking forward-looking ideas about progressive/left/internationalist foreign policy, policies that could be adopted and implemented soon.
Especially looking for op-ed length pieces, ones that convey an idea clearly in 750 to 1000 words.
This is paid. I am finalizing rates but aiming for $400 for a few op-ed length pieces and $0.50/word for a couple longer ones.
The intended audience is policymakers in DC but I'm certainly open to pitches aimed at international organizations as well and especially coming from an internationalist perspective.
