David Bradford, Features Editor at Cycling Weekly, is looking for pitches:
Job news: From January, I'll be Cycling Weekly's features editor. Writers, send me your pitches: david.bradford@futurenet.com
The print magazine has a predominantly UK readership, so an understanding of the UK cycling scene (and terminology!) is useful. Familiarity with CW's print magazine is strongly recommended before pitching.
CONFIDENTIAL NOTE: Reports indicate that this opportunity will pay "£160 per 1,000 for news/interviews, etc., and £180 for features/more complex pieces." It is recommended that you discuss the rate(s) with the editor upon the acceptance of your pitch.
