Remote Copywriter wanted for website redesign | $40 to $120 per hour

I will be honest—this job will probably be beyond just copywriting in the sense that it is a lot of CRO. We need someone who understands what converts customers, what sections should say what, how we should frame our information etc. It is not just making sure things sound good but more of a big picture role. This is for the redesign of https://flybasis.com and the copy will come before the redesign so you will have a lot of control.
In full transparency the pay will be very competitive (it will be no less than $40 an hour up to $120 depending on various factors) However, we are expecting applicants who have extensive copy and CRO experience. Looking forward to hearing from people!
