Page One Power is looking for a passionate and results-driven professional with experience creating impactful digital PR content to join our team. If you are looking for a freelance opportunity as a Digital PR Content Writer, we want to hear from you.

ROLE:

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating valuable, relevant, written digital PR web content. This position requires high levels of general creativity, as well as the ability to be dynamic across a multitude of industries. We expect the right applicant to have significant experience creating written digital PR content, consistently maintaining high degrees of quality, accuracy, and relevancy across the finished pieces. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio of published written digital PR ideated and composed by them.

Please note: We are specifically interested in candidates who create written digital PR assets, we are not interested in graphic design candidates at this time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute innovative written digital PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with the edit and review teams to align digital PR efforts with broader campaign strategies.
• Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience/s.
• Reviewing online data sources and extrapolating a narration for a digital asset from them.
• Performing supplemental online research into various data sources to enrich and complete digital assets.
• Meet deadlines consistently.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field OR demonstrable equivalent experience in digital PR or a related role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful, content-focused PR campaigns.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of online media channels, trends, and best white-hat industry practices.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with Asana preferred, but not required.
• Experience with the Google Suite preferred.
• Experience working remotely preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrable knowledge of SEO best practices.

COMPENSATION:

Compensation will vary based on experience and skillset.

Base Compensation for Digital PR asset creation will be compensated on a per word basis ranging from $.15 to $.20/word.

LOCATION:

Open to all U.S. applicants excluding California residents.
