I am looking for Latinx writers in Texas and Jersey who can attend Latin food festivals in March/April. You’ll write abt the food/drinks, interview chefs and explore the culinary traditions of Latin culture. Also open to writers and Latin food fests elsewhere—just has to be in March/April.

I’m also looking for a writer who celebrates Holi, plans on going to a US-based celebration in March with friends and/or family, and can write about the experience in a personal, authentic, and compelling feature. Email me if you’re interested and include pitches if you have any.
