I am looking for first-person essay pitches from people who have been put on performance improvement plans at work. Did you crack under the pressure and get fired anyway? Did you go above and beyond and keep your job? I want to hear any experiences people may have had with PIPs.

Are you a recent grad and do you feel lonely or struggling to find a community after leaving campus? Do you find it difficult to stay connected with your college friends after graduation day and that surprises you? Looking for people to write first-person essays about the negative experiences of being a recent grad.
