Kirsten Roldan is the CEO of an online business coaching company that helps people grow their online coaching and service-based businesses to $1M and beyond.

She also owns an email writing agency called, Million Dollar Inbox.

She is looking to hire a genius, confident, experienced writer for the agency's email writing retainer service, which includes 100 emails per client over 4 months.

This is primarily a virtual position that may include in-person work in the future.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Million Dollar Inbox helps Coaches and Service Providers write high converting evergreen and launch emails.

YOUR ROLE

As a company, our goal is to grow Million Dollar Inbox with more clients, and further solidify our brand as the Industry Standard Email Writing Agency. We are laying the groundwork now to do so. This goal will require assistance with our client email writing.

We are seeking your help with growing the efforts of our agency and maintaining the general ongoing services of the company.

You must have experience with Email Marketing in your business and feel comfortable learning and applying our unique philosophies with clients.

This position requires:

• Availability for daily internal team communications
• Availability for weekly, monthly, and quarterly team and client calls
• Availability to write a large quantity of emails for 5 clients a month, averaging 50 hours a month

Assisting our clients at a baseline will look like this:

Ongoing tasks:

• Understanding the company's teachings on email marketing
• Leading client calls where you will develop messaging and email strategies
• Ideating and repurposing email topics
• Writing a large quantity of emails in a short time frame
• Scheduling emails in various email softwares
• Reviewing and responding to client feedback
• Reporting on email analytics and making strategic suggestions
• Building email funnels
• Attending company and client team meetings
• Being responsible for email conversions (a minimum of double their investment)

Project based tasks:

• Assisting with email funnel builds
• Assisting with agency projects

In person tasks:

• Agency Specific Photoshoots and Events
• All Travel will be covered

To paint the picture of a ~potential~ work week for you:

You check ClickUp and receive a list of approved topics and look for any existing emails you can repurpose and refresh that are related to the topics. You write and schedule 200 emails for the clients in 2-3 weeks using our framework. You monitor the emails for the rest of the month and make strategic updates as needed. A client is in the middle of a launch and needs to increase conversions, so you write 10-20 emails in real-time to ensure they get an ROI from our services.

Note: We will train you in our specific frameworks so you can achieve all client work in this time frame.

WORK EXPECTATIONS

• This is a role with a flexible schedule with monthly deadlines for all clients
• You are expected to have a strong internet connection, and quiet place to write and take calls.
• This role averages up to 50 hours a month
• This is a contracted role, starting at $50/hr
• This role has a 90 day chemistry period
• Travel & meals covered for any in person days

• Experience with building Email Funnels
• Experience with delivering an ROI from your writing
• Experience with Strategy Coaching
• Experience implementing the MDE Strategies
