I am seeking a US-based author with a deep knowledge of urban topics such as housing, urban development, urban planning, local business development, communities, and quality of life for a feature piece on US cities. Must have relevant clips and sources. Approximately 60 cents per word. At least 2000 words, possibly longer. Looking for experienced author with good clips and deep knowledge and sources on at least a few key urban topics such as housing, urban development, local business development, communities, quality of life, urban planning.
