WORK YOU'LL DO
The work you’ll do as a contractor under a Deloitte project team includes crafting engaging and effective copy for a variety of digital platforms and audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CONTRACTOR:
Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for web, mobile, email, social media, video, and other digital channels, with a focus on writing for UX.
Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand the user needs, business goals, and brand guidelines for each project.
Create user-centric content that aligns with the user journey, supports the information architecture, and enhances the user experience.
Apply best practices and standards for UX Copywriting, content strategy, SEO, accessibility, and tone of voice.
Test, iterate, and optimize copy based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality copy on time and on budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably with a focus on writing for UX and digital channels.
A portfolio of work that showcases your UX writing skills and your ability to write for different platforms, audiences, and purposes. (Please provide a link and a password if required)
A bachelor's degree in Writing, English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and style.
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging copy.
A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and Workfront is a plus.
