Writers wanted (SEO marketing) | $175-$250 per piece

First Page Sage is a people-focused SEO company that works with B2B and B2C enterprises that are leaders in their fields.

We are seeking freelance writers with experience and skills across a wide range of industries to join our freelance writing network for our SEO agency. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded researcher with impeccable writing skills who can turn complex subject matters into thought leadership articles. The writer should also be a self-motivated, deadline-driven team player who maintains high standards and has a passion for writing.

Once writers are selected and vetted, they will join our freelance writing network. FPS will then reach out to that network as new writing needs arise that align with those writers’ areas of expertise to check their availability and interest in writing for each project. First Page Sage has clients that span multiple industries, and we write many different content styles, ranging from basic landing pages to complex branded blogs. Industries we have written for here at FPS include engineering, software, legal, financial, medical, family care, and many more! Due to the differences between accounts, industry requirements, project types, and the degree of difficulty, the freelance rate and contract duration will vary.

PAY:

Our freelance writing opportunities are compensated per content deliverable starting at a rate of $175 per content deliverable and up to $250 for highly technical industry pieces. Rates will be set per project by First Page Sage. Freelance writers are also compensated for any optional meetings they’re invited to, including strategy brainstorming discussions, client Q+A meetings, and team meetings at $25/hour.

 
REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates are professionals in one or more industries with skills and practical experience in related disciplines.

DUTIES:

• Write well-researched, engaging, and insightful articles for web publication

• Work collaboratively with your account team members to ensure every deliverable meets our high editorial standard and is perfected ahead of its due date

• When needed, interview subject matter experts from our clients’ teams or our own to gain the information and insights needed for your content
