Synopsis Writer wanted | $300+ per piece

I am currently looking for writer who has experience writing synopsis for screenplay. I am an independent writer/director who writes my own material but find it exhausting to write synopsis for them. It will be helpful if I can find someone to do that for me. I hope to find someone for long term collaboration as I constantly change things and write different things. If you are also an editor it will be a great plus.
My movies are not typical 3act structure as they are mostly about character observations piece.
The current script is 120 page long. And I will need the synopsis to be done by May 8. Ideally I am looking for someone who based in Los Angeles but it's not mandatory.
