Remote Senior Content Writer wanted (tech company) | $10,000 to $11,000 per month

Sr. Content Writer
Client: Leading tech company
Location: Remote - based in Redmond, WA
Pay Range: 10,000-11,000/month DOE *monthly rate*
Contract Duration: 4-weeks with additional needs forecasted in the new fiscal year.

DESCRIPTION:

The team's primary focus is on ensuring the success of customers and partners, with a particular emphasis on highlighting this success through customer stories. This role involves writing for existing customer stories and participating in ongoing work and small writing projects with program partners and customers. The typical breakdown of tasks is 15% meetings and 85% writing or reviewing content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write technical materials, such as equipment materials, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions

• Organize, edit, and maintain technical records and files

• Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology

• Maintain records and files of work and revisions

• Confer with clients to establish technical specifications and determine subject material to be developed for publication

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, English, journalism, or communications

• 10+ years of experience in writing/editing content for a technical audience

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365

• 2+ years of experience with ERP and CRM systems, including implementation and usage

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
