Writers wanted (police cases) | up to ~20 cents per word

I'm looking for experienced writers to work on this channel https://youtube.com/@excopraw
The job is essentially turning police Bodycams into digestible YouTube videos. The word count for each video is typically around 400 but it can sometimes go up to 1000 words.
The pay is a flat $80 per script.

As much as it sucks, there will also be a short unpaid writing test to see if you're a great fit if I pick you. Thank you.
