Remote Content Writer wanted (custom marketing) | $70 to $80 per hour

The Sage Group’s client, the fast-growing Customer Experience Software Company based in San Francisco is seeking a part time Content Writer to join their Customer Marketing team. In this role, you will produce compelling content to support customer marketing and solutions across multiple content formats that highlights how our client helps businesses transform.

YOU WILL: 

• Work with customer marketing team to produce content—compose briefs, review work from partners, and publish assets on the website and internal systems, supporting their work with your own high-impact copywriting

• Maintain an editorial calendar and manage customer interview pipeline.

• Develop existing production processes and tracking systems to create a more transparent workflow.

• Manage the approval process with customers and internal stakeholders for Customer Marketing content

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Campaigns, Partner Marketing, Competitive Intelligence) to support our key messages with customer evidence.

• Partner with the Communications, Brand, and Content teams to ensure Customer Marketing materials meet Zendesk editorial standards and consistency

YOU HAVE: 

• 5+ years of writing B2B, customer marketing content and managing content calendar

• Strong creative writing skills including editing and proofreading

• Experience writing content for the web and publishing through a CMS

• Demonstrated cross functional collaboration and project management skills

Location: Remote, USA

Duration: Through EOY ’24 with opportunity to extend

Hours: 20/wk

Pay: $70 - $80/hr
