Writers wanted (science, technology) | $800 to $1,200 per article

COMPANY/PUBLICATION: POPULAR MECHANICS

Courtney Linder, Deputy Editor at Popular Mechanics, is looking for writers: 

Not a full-time job, but I'm an editor at Popular Mechanics seeking science/technology writers that are adept at reporting out stories relating to UAPs and aliens.

Assignments can be original pitches you send to me, or I can float some of my story concepts past you for consideration. It's a give and take. Generally, pieces will be between 800 (min) and 2,000 words (max). Rate is dependent on the assignment, but generally ranges from $800 to $1,200 depending on the complexity of the story and the reporting required.
