We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with a strong background in accounting to join our client's team!
In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive playbooks and digital books focused on GAAP accounting compliance. These resources will be integral to our client's website, providing valuable insights and guidance to audiences. The ideal candidate is a talented content writer with a knack for making accounting topics engaging and accessible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and write detailed playbooks and digital books on GAAP accounting compliance for both public and private sectors.
Work closely with the design team to integrate the content seamlessly into our client's website.
Produce two chapters per month, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and engagement.
Adhere to outlined structure and style guide.
Stay updated on the latest GAAP standards and industry trends to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 7 years of experience
Proven experience as a content writer, particularly in the field of accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and compliance requirements.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with strong research skills.
Familiarity with digital publishing and content management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Journalism, or a related field.
Previous experience writing technical or educational content for accounting professionals.
CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
