I'm looking for guest blog/article writers for www.totalora.com monthly blog and newsletter. Our clients are Talent Acquisition Managers, typically at 500 - 15,000 employee organizations in the US. I'm looking for concise and valuable articles for this audience. The emphasis of the newsletter is topics related to recruitment via social media. This will be ongoing for 1 to 2 articles every 3 months.
~3 different writers with expertise in different areas
Ghostwriting is okay, I would also like some writers to have established expertise in their area that wish to publish under their own name
Needs to be original content
~200 - 500 per article. Focus on quality and value over length.
TOPICS:
Changes to employment law (EG: Pay transparency laws...)
Recruitment marketing best practices (General)
Recruitment marketing best practices (Social media specific)
Industry commentary/news (HR/employment-related)
Social media news (Not HR specific but relevant, EG: TiKTok ban...)
ABOUT YOU:
Must have HR/recruitment writing experience
Ideally, an active presence on LinkedIn
IDEAL WORKING RELATIONSHIP/PAY STRUCTURE
You submit a topic idea, I approve it, you submit the article, I pay per article approved. If I've selected you based on previous work I can't imagine rejecting articles.
$100 per article for ghostwritten articles
$150 per article for authors with established expertise in their field
