We are seeking skilled freelance writers to join our stable of freelance writers and deliver relevant, engaging story ideas that complement the SUCCESS brand.

This freelance opportunity requires editorial proficiency with excellent writing and interviewing skills, a strong commitment to deadlines, and the ability to identify compelling story ideas. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and possess a passion for creating high-quality content that drives traffic and engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor news, trends, and research to identify fresh story angles that address readers’ general curiosity and underscore SUCCESS’ mission of empowering readers to obtain their vision of success.

• Develop pitches to submit to editors.

• Write assigned stories, interviewing sources as needed and maintaining a consistent editorial voice and style across all pieces.

• Work with editors as needed to ensure articles are well-structured and aligned with brand standards.

• Research as needed and communicate with sources to ensure factual accuracy and obtain provided images as outlined by the assigning editor.

• Communicate with editors promptly in the event an interview or story submission is delayed.

• Review content prior to submission to ensure accuracy and clarity.

• Have the ability to problem-solve under tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
