JOB DESCRIPTION

Compose.ly is looking for awesome freelance writers interested in producing SEO content related to Manufacturing. An ideal candidate will craft various content types — blog posts, white papers, landing pages, and more — that address our clients’ target audiences. They will not only research industry topics and trends and optimize content for organic search but also collaborate with our editors and clients and revise pieces, as needed.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

This is a freelance position. You’ll be able to choose the kinds and topics of content you want to work on from a list of available projects commissioned by our clients. The objectives of each project will vary based on the client's needs.

• Have strong organizational and time management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Crafting professional content, which may include blog posts, white papers, landing pages, and more.

• Ensure that your content conforms to SEO best practices and is engaging, accurate, and follows project guidelines

• Make requested revisions as necessary

• Efficiently organize and track your projects to meet deadlines

• Skills and qualifications A bachelor's degree or higher

• 1+ years of experience writing manufacturing content

• Intimate familiarity with English

• Knowledge of SEO in content creation and current SEO best practices
