Do you currently work in hospitality, doing a job that rarely gets written about? (KP, delivery driver, recipe tester, health and safety inspector?!) I'm looking to commission more "Insider's Notebook" columns for autumn. Please get in touch: firstname.lastname@ft.com
No deadline. I’m looking for people currently doing the job they want to write about.
It needs to be someone writing directly about a trend they're experiencing from inside the industry (e.g., I had a baker in Paris writing about the explosion of 'microboulangeries').
