Change.org is looking for freelance help.

Change.org is seeking freelance writers with SEO and content marketing expertise to create content for its U.S., UK, and AU blogs starting in October. Writers experienced in covering social causes and issues are preferred.

Each post will be approximately 1,000-1,500 words.

Some may be somewhat shorter or longer depending on the topic.

Change.org (http://change.org) is a non-profit, mission-driven organization, and some general topics writers will cover include:

Civic engagement and democracy
Advocacy for social causes
Community empowerment
Local and global issues including human rights, the environment, criminal justice, education, health, and more
Effective use of petitions as a tool for change
