Hawaii Living LLC is a real estate agency based in Honolulu, Hawaii.

We are looking for a freelance writer who has exceptionally strong research skills and can write about real estate in Hawaii; specifically write about condos in Hawaii, across all major islands (Oahu, Maui, Big Island, Kauai).

Our office has done significant research about each condo, which will support the writing. Writing style we are looking for is factual and short - not poetic/colorful. Because of this, we can't stress enough importance of being willing to research to find out factual details about each condo.

Examples:

We will have most of what you see in the 4 bullet points at the top of each of those URL's.

Compensation: $0.20 - $0.25 / word.
