Leila Najafi, LA editor at Arrived Magazine, is looking for pitches: 

We are always looking for reliable, LA-based writers for our features and other shorter listings. We're a monthly visitors magazine that provides the latest and greatest in the city. I'm looking to assign features for October and beyond. The November issue is focused on Arts + Culture so if anyone has any topical ideas there I'm all ears! A few things to note: we only cover LA County and we don't cover hotels (but outlets within a hotel are OK, i.e. restaurants or spas). I suggest flipping through a few of our previous issues to get an idea of what we do (and don't) cover. Pay depends on the section assigned but features start at $200 for 800-1,000 words.
