Kelly McClure, Editor at Salon, is looking for pitches:
I’ll be switching hats for the next two months at Salon to fill in as Culture Editor, just in time for spooky season. If you have pitches for September/October, feel free to send them my way at kmcclure@salon.com.
For now, primarily I am looking for pitches that would work as features or cover stories with specific/unique angles pegged to the release of September or October TV shows, movies and books.
Rates depend on the assignment, but usually around $150 to $200.
