Can you elaborate more about avoiding arguments and focusing on her making her feel safe? I know you mentioned to address her emotions not her words and you gave an example in another video saying "I can see you're upset and this concerns me. I want to know what's bothering you." Etc... But I imagine she would say "you're bothering me because..." And repeat her accusations again. So what are the next steps?
