Ramit Sethi, Podcaster/Author of I will Teach You To Be Rich, is looking for a writer:
I’m looking for a sharp, creative part-time script writer for my Podcast and YouTube channel.
You’ll have the opportunity to craft scripts that pull in new viewers, engage our community on the podcast and social media, and drive new subscribers and followers.
You'll be producing a mix of content across our podcast, YouTube channel, newsletter, social media, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write compelling intros and voiceover scripts for each Tuesday podcast episode that are primed to be shared on social media
Work directly with our YouTube growth team to turn winning topics into engaging scripts for our weekly personal finance videos
Write compelling hooks for weekly podcast ad reads
Write intros for weekly newsletters that deliver value and keep our audience hooked
REQUIREMENTS:
Proactive; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proven experience in content and script writing.
Experience in TV writing is a plus.
Familiarity with Ramit and IWT content is a plus.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to quickly learn how to write in my tone of voice
Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
This job is scoped for 15 - 25 hours/week at an hourly rate of $60.
