We specialize in helping real estate private equity firms raise capital through strategic digital marketing. Our team focuses on creating high-converting Meta ads and graphic content designed to capture and engage potential investors. We’re looking for a seasoned Meta Ad Creative Writer to craft compelling copy that drives results for our real estate private equity clients.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Meta Ad Creative Writer, you will be responsible for creating copy for static graphic ads that appear on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Your words will help drive leads for private placement real estate syndications. You will collaborate closely with our in-house design team to ensure the final creative aligns with your copy and meets client expectations.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, real estate syndications, and managing the creative process from concept through final review.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for static Meta ads targeting potential passive real estate investors.
Submit copy to our design team and collaborate on the visual execution of each ad.
Review and refine the final ad creative to ensure copy and design work cohesively to achieve campaign goals.
Ensure all copy aligns with the client’s brand voice, campaign objectives, and the nuances of the real estate private equity industry.
Continuously optimize copy based on performance data and feedback to improve ad performance.
Stay up-to-date with Meta’s advertising guidelines and best practices for ad creatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience writing ad creative specifically for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), with a proven track record of delivering high-performing ads.
Experience managing designers and collaborating in a creative environment.
Expertise in direct-response copywriting with a focus on capital raising, real estate private equity, or financial products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing Meta ad copy with a focus on real estate or finance sectors.
Bonus: Prior experience in real estate private equity or syndications.
