Examples:

• I'm an interior designer. I redid my bathroom for $13,000 — but I still have 4 major regrets.

• I spent thousands renovating my kitchen and went over budget — but there are still 3 things I wish I'd done differently

• We spent over $12,000 replacing our carpets with vinyl-plank flooring. It looks nice, but I regret it every day.
