Once you realize someone had lied to you trust is gone. Lying is the last thing I d do to get a women to sleep with me. In this case it would also mean that I don’t feel worthy enough so I need to alter the reality a bit. It s not a very good idea

Men should not do this, and I can understand why a woman feels bad when lied to, but it should no more be a crime that overselling oneself at a job interview. Imagine being convicted for purgery and going to prison for saying: "I led a team of enthusiastic people" when the team was just you and one other person who was not enthusiastic. That does not warrant a trial or prison, neither should a lie make a woman think she has been raped. Indeed, to get that charge, they would have to falsify other evidence. It should be remembered that women lie too, for example about the number of previous partners they have had, but men don't try to claim that is rape and then say "she forced me to have sex" because they felt cheated and misled. They just learn by it, and perhaps get angry when they find out the truth.
