There seemed to be a slight bias for eliminating women standing on the ends vs in the middle of the group.

I think it's because he kept shrugging his shoulders and sighing throughout his little intro - he looked like he was annoyed to be there. The other guys all seemed confident in what they were saying about themselves.

No one was interested in the guy who said he was working full time! He was tall, not ugly and appeared honest. (not bragging)

6 women went for the tallest guy. 5 went to the second tallest guy. So 69% of the women went for 33% of the men. It might have been higher but in the group context women realize that they have to complete on things other than their looks (but only as a last resort).

Very interesting, provided it is not staged. It seems like no matter what the girls say, when there is choice among them, it becomes a beauty only contest in the end. And the initial choice for women is based on height and looks, except for less attractive women - which may be a buffer against rejection.
