Writer wanted (maid-of-honor speech) | 20 cents per word

I am hiring for someone to write a maid of honor speech. Id like it to be a 4-5 minute speech that is heartfelt and loving. I need assistance in deciding which stories/memories to use and how to organize them. Ideally someone who knows what kind of questions to ask to make this a special speech for a friend I’ve had for over 21 years. I can pay .20 cents a word.
