Related but anecdotal, the volume of single women in their lates 20s and 30s around Seattle whose lives are so busy, so stressed, and so lacking in feminine grace...it really saddens me. I hope to find a woman for whom a significant portion of her ambition is channeled toward the aims you mentioned.

2020-04-28 06:28:37 +0000 UTCThe University of Chicago published a study last year (https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3463364) analyzing 193 rulers in 18 mostly European countries between 1480 and 1913. They found that queens were 39% more likely to declare war than kings. Indisputably men are more physically violent than women on an individual level, but in the political world it seems the tables are turned. Any attempt to explain it would be pure speculation on my part.
