Breaking down a woman's rude email to me

Breaking down a woman's rude email to me

I think she watched a different youtube channel and think that it was you.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Your response was perfect Alexander. I didn't find the message that rude (I have seen many a lot worse). I just found it irrelevant because she obviously doesn't understand the difference between facts and opinions. By the way, she's probably a "radical feminist" or a "me three person" and they don't like open discussions. They are right by definition. Sorry for sticking a label on her so quickly.

She lost me at "gender studies."

The way you said she should've written to you was a little grovelling, but overall I agree.

There is a difference between being offended and being rude. If this truly is the rudest email you ever received then you are blessed. I think part of the confusion is created because you claim to speak for all men and women but at the same time you admit that you are focused on the primary dating market and pre 35 age bracket, leaving out a huge portion of men and women. You said this in one of your videos and the fact that your interviews mostly are with women in their 20s also supports this. It creates a strong bias. You often back up your arguments by talking about the men who seek consultations with you. Be aware that these men belong to a very specific subset of male population which only allows limited generalization to all men. This will also create a bias in your perception.

I would lean toward disagreeing that it was rude. It was actually quite polite at face value. It was definitely not truthful, and there were many places I would even say dishonest and not respectful, but how she wrote was actually fairly nuanced compared to the content itself, whereas something that is rude has little/no nuance. Also, even though she did come very close to attacking you directly, she never actually did. So, if it's rude, it's very high-class rude.

Well done Alexander, acted with grace and kept your frame, alot of time insecure people take jabs at healthier more secure individuals to see if they can drag them down to their level, the way the letter was written proves this person does not have a decorum of respect and childishly reverts to ad hominem statements and attacks when they can't back up thier "facts"
