I’ve used older dating sites like Nerve but not Tinder. I’m a woman but happy to make a male account. I think I could do a much better job than this girl, as I personally HATE boring openers & would write a very detailed bio & creative openers & replies.

In the other video with her, she wonders if it would be different on different dating apps. My hypothesis is that it would not be very different, I'm sad to say. The dynamics she experienced are not unique to the Tinder platform or to the "the kind of people that use Tinder".

You have to stand out – a little. Generally, I try to comment on something unique about each match and you get a higher response, generally, but completely agree Tinder is unfortunately a lot of low-quality women.

I made a profile with a female model (a), an average female (b), a male model (c), and me (d) (assuming I'm an average male). I live in a small city of 100k. (a) 100+ likes, 80+ matches in 25 minutes. (b) 100+ likes, 80+ matches in 40 minutes. (c) 67 likes, 32 matches after 2 days. (d) 100+ likes, 52 matches after 4 weeks. (Cant remember what the exact amount was after ~2 days)
