You have to reflect on the qualities you admire most and make that apart of your personality. When others give their input you can only take it seriously as how well that person knows you and what their intention is. High quality is not about the labels as it is more about the choices you make. A low quality male would give up his own beliefs to appease others. Because others see you as a side character in the story of their life, it's only by your actions and word can you prove to them that you are more than just a label society decided to give you. With that said, false labels has become a paradigm in western society. You can see it in their identity politics, broad generalizations that don't reflect modern society on a whole, and living in their echo chambers only to come out when they want to attack someone outside of it. I feel most of the issues take place in media and online more than it does in real life. At this point, if you have a record and you want freedom from society to some extent, start your own business and find a community you can fit in and learn to make connections to be introduced to people.
