Women are intrinsically hypergamous. Maybe not ALL women. And maybe their personality, values and upbringing alter their priorities somewhat, but it's a deeply ingrained instinct... this man has to be able to, or at least have the potential to produce more than 3x the resources he consumes on his own. Or else... poverty is a very real threat. Now, of course, in developed nations, this concept has become very blurres by shifting gender roles, women in the workforce, single parent families, etc. But millenia of biology can't be erased by 1-2 generations of prosperity.

You guys realise that "high quality" men and woman is a process term. Most high quality men and women are single. Alexander made a video that is highly subjective. He said it so. And I know that this is true. However, I'll give you one trait you need to have. If you aren't successful within society you won't be considered "high quality" man . This is not subjective. The word success is spreading like cancer for the last 30 year. Personal characteristics are secondary. If she has two men both successful but one treats her better she will choose the man that does her well. However, men are raised to be tough and ruthless. Success is associated, especially with boys, with subtraction of emotion and sensuality in order to be cold and calculated so you can succeed instead being squashed. There is enough data to confirm this. Google it. You chances of meeting a woman that is intelligent, sensual as much she is thoughtful, and pretty are very slim anyway. If you are successful you will get more women but your chances of meeting high quality woman are just the same. However your chances to meet a woman with "higher" standards increase exponentially. There has been research on women's menstrual cycle and its effects on men - we view them as sexier and act nicer when they are at peak fertility. If they understand this they can use it to their advantage to get things they want. But also acting feminine/submissively in general will have a similar, less slightly less powerful effect. I am ok with it, wouldn't you use this power if you could?

I'd be interested to hear the lady on the left (Summer, is it?) unpack her comment about the power a woman can wield over others - almost anyone, I think she said? What did she mean about the woman "understanding her cycle" (I assume that's menstrual cycle, but in what way, what difference does it make, how does it play out?), "how she moves through the world", what are those subtleties she mentioned, etc.
