Core77 welcomes pitches for reported stories, in-depth reviews, features, essays, and more, all centered on industrial design. We are particularly interested in topics like specific designers, tools (both physical and digital), manufacturers, product categories/markets, and discussions about ideas, processes, and materials—ranging from traditional crafts to cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. Pitches should ideally cover recent topics and include engaging visuals. We are also open to photo essays exploring creative practices, manufacturing, or design events. Rates start at $500 for 800 words. Email pitches to ludlum@core77.com with the subject “Pitch: [Your Story Idea].”
