I am looking for an experienced screenwriter for an investigative documentary project on YouTube.
WHAT STYLE AM I LOOKING FOR?
Deep and well-structured documentaries.
Detailed research with verifiable data.
Use of immersive storytelling to engage the viewer.
Serious, analytical and narrative tone, as if you were telling a shocking story to a friend.
Focus on exposing complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTARIES ABOUT?
The dark side of industries (religion, business, social media, technology, etc.).
Major frauds and scams in Latin America and the world.
Stories of public figures with unexpected twists.
Psychology behind deception and mass manipulation.
WHAT I NEED FROM THE SCREENWRITER:
Experience in research and ability to gather information from reliable sources.
Ability to write fluid scripts, with a dynamic rhythm and narrative twists.
A writing style that hooks you from the first second.
That understands the structure of a documentary (impactful introduction, development with evidence, psychological/social analysis and reflective closing).
That has references for his/her work.
Payment according to the quality and experience of the scriptwriter. $100 for every 1000 words.
